Faculty and Staff Giving

Time, Talent and Treasure: How We Make St. Norbert College Strong

Faculty and staff are the heart and soul of St. Norbert College. Many of us spend the better part of our adult lives serving the institution and its students. We hold ourselves to a high standard of excellence and our passion fuels its achievement, day in and day out.

For more than a century, these gifts of time and talent have made a profound impact on the students who have called St. Norbert home.

The gift of treasure, too, is something many of us share for the benefit of our students. Through such giving, we join forces with the thousands of alumni, families, and friends who enable the college to thrive. Our giving is important in a real sense – donated funds are essential for the college’s financial health – but also in a symbolic sense, because like our other gifts, they make it plain that we value the institution, its mission, and its vision.

Faculty and staff giving can take many forms and can be either unrestricted or dedicated to a particular program or campus cause. (For more information about gift designations or directed giving and programs you can support, contact Lia Kampman at

Ways to Give

  1. You can give online, at any time.

  2. Recognizing that many faculty and staff pay for supplies and other needs out of their own pockets, we’ve created a form to ensure that you are credited for these often-overlooked in-kind donations.

  3. You can give via payroll deduction, to easily integrate giving into your overall budgeting.

  4. You can leave a legacy gift to the college through your estate planning, with numerous options including bequests, charitable remainder trusts, and insurance proceeds. Amy McNeely, our director of legacy and gift planning, can discuss opportunities with you:
